This farmstay accommodation in Portugal is a lovely group of buildings, and certified organic farm, that most "sweetly recommends itself unto the sense" the local Beira granite of manor and outbuildings is softened by a rampant camellia which lends swathes of colour when in flower.

Lovers of good organic wine have heard of our Quinta; it exports its prize- winning whites and rosés all over the world. What you probably won't have heard is that the first king o Portugal, D. Afonso Henriques did battle nearby, broke a leg and was forced to stay at his uncle's place.

It later passed to the hands of The Order of Malta; hence the cross above the main entrance. Wander down to the river and a Roman Bridge, through the vineyards and orchards.

In a quite and relaxed atmosphere our guests can enjoy XXI century comfort in a granite manor house with a medieval history. The accommodation has 6 double rooms each one with bathroom, and one house, swimming pool, gardens, chapel, billiards and table-tennis. In addition a boat is available to row in the river.

You can also observe the method of organic agriculture and visit our cave where modern vinification is practiced. We organize wine tasting tours for groups to sample the certificated organic wine.

There are six bedrooms available: Two bedrooms have WC, room, TV and Mini-bar, Three bedrooms have WC, room , TV, fire place and Mini-bar, One Suite, WC, room, TV and Mini-bar.

Baby friendly:
All the bedrooms can have a baby bed and / or an extra-bed. Good for family groups or friends.

There is also an apartment available with a couple bedroom, further spacious rooms, cooking, bathroom and inclined plane to access deficient motor, TV (TV CABO), room to fit into, overlooking panoramic views towards Mountain "Caramulo" and "Montemuro".
