Ever since 1987, our aim has been to introduce visitors to the quintessential traditions and the rural lifestyle of our island, and to know and understand what it means to live alongside the friendly local villagers. We offer you an assortment of experiences that are interesting, recreational, and fun. From your place of accommodation, to all kinds of activities, your holidays will always be linked to the unspoiled countryside and timeless traditions. Wherever you choose to stay, and whatever you decide to do, you will soon become a member of the local community, and will be showered with the hospitality which is the trademark of our island.
We offer a number of activities locally including cycling, horse riding and walking, all geared to enjoying the rural countryside. All types of cyclists are catered for with race and mountain bikes available for hire. We offer guided tours as well as the ability to go off and explore for yourselves.
Horse riding is available also from our stables. We again cater for all levels of experience and have horses to suit all. Various hacks and lessons are available, from 2 hours in length to full day hacks (Winter period only).
Tochni & Kalavasos village apartments
We offer you a choice of studios, 1 and 2-bedroom Cyprus apartments with self-catering facilities in a well-equipped kitchenette with central heating/air-conditioning. Notice the thick walls, small windows, stone or wooden staircases so typical of our island's architecture of yesteryear. On your veranda, patio or garden you can relax with a drink or a book any time of the day. In every village a swimming pool with sun beds is always within reach and reserved for our guests. Our Breakfast or Half Board guests stay in Tochni Village and are catered for at our Tochni Tavern which is used by all guests booked on breakfast or half board basis. Guests booking on self catering bases are accommodated in our houses in the neighbouring village, Kalavasos
Cyprus Villas
Our Cyprus villas provide upgraded accommodation, without relinquishing rural tranquillity and hospitality. The strikingly attractive complexes comprise four to five meticulously restored traditional houses, furnished with comfort in mind, and decorated with charming Cypriot antiques and artefacts. The apartments provide central heating and air-conditioning, as well as modern kitchen appliances. All have either a balcony or a patio where you can relax in the sun, when you're not lying on a sun bed around the swimming pool nearby.

Myrto House
The strikingly attractive complexes comprise four to five meticulously restored tradtional houses, furnished with comfort in mind, and decorated with charming Cypriot antiques & artifacts. All have either a balcony or a patio where you can relax in the sun, when you're not lying in a sun bed around the swimming pool nearby.
Vasilikos House
The Vasilikos House is a complex of traditional lodgings, each with its own individual characteristics, dispersed in various spots on a small hill of Tochni, some foot steps away from the center. Each one is a meticulously restored traditional house, furnished with comfort in mind, and decorated with charming Cypriot antiques and artifacts. All have either a balcony or a patio where you can relax under the shade of trees and/or bougainvillea.
Mespilo Houses
The restoration of the Mespilo Houses has left their traditional identity intact, asserting itself through such materials as stone and wood, as well as traditional objects/utensils and works of art. You will enjoy long hours of tranquility in the court-yards or on their balconies, amidst the bougainvillaea and flower gardens.
Takis House
Be dazzled by the magnificent atmosphere created by these nearly 300 years old stone-built houses with their court yards filled with vines and flowers, Restored with the philosophy of preserving their external and internal architecture and decorated with charming Cypriot antiques & artifacts.

how this holiday makes a difference
 We have been awarded 3 Greenstops in recognition of the company's environmental achievements. By preserving authentic houses we keep the architectional tradition of Cyprus and give locals an alternative source of income as well as providing them with jobs. We use local products and serve homemade dishes prepared from fruits and vegetables from plantations which do not use chemical pesticides. We use solar energy to heat the water in our traditional houses. Our activities allow the guest to explore the nature, culture and tradition of the beautiful island Cyprus. |

We don't claim to be perfect - there is no global accreditation - but we've led the way since 2001 and screened 1000's of holidays.
