We are a small, beautiful guest house with garden and swimming pool. It has spacious, traditionally furnished rooms with fans and air conditioning, offering double twin and single accommodation. Price reductions are available for stays of a week or more.

The house is built in traditional hacienda style with large sitting room and comfortable dining room built around a central courtyard. The garden, with natural planting, attracts many of the exotic garden birds of Paraguay and is overlooked by a shaded patio. There is an attractive brick-built barbeque which guests are welcome to use.

The extremely reasonable rates include a light breakfast and tea and coffee making facilities. There is cable TV in the sitting room and a laundry service is available. Airport or bus station pick-ups can be arranged and there is secure parking for cars or bikes.

The guesthouse is situated in the quiet, leafy residential district of Villa Morra. It is approximately 3 miles from the centre of Asuncion and is close to main bus routes on Avenida España and Avenida Mariscol Lopez. The out of town shopping centres, Shopping Sol and Shopping Mariscol Lopez are within easy walking distance and offer a wide range of popular and affordable shops, restaurants and markets.

We are situated on Mayor Infante Rivarola, between Lillo and Bertoni. It is within easy walking distance of the main city centre routes Avenida España and Avenida Mariscol Lopez. Bus fares are cheap and the cities yellow cabs are also popular and affordable.The nearest airport is Pettirossi International and we can provide pre-arranged pick-ups from both the airport and bus station.

how this holiday makes a difference

Wherever possible we use local produce and employ local people to help run the guesthouse, this includes a gardener, plumber, electrician, builder and carpenter.
Local workers collect our recyclable materials, mainly glass, plastic and cardboard, for which they receive payment. We pay appropriate fees or salaries to all employees or trades people.
We purchase fruit and vegetables from growers, markets or street vendors.Where possible we use environmently friendly products in the house and garden.
We provide fresh water and food for the local garden birds and use natural planting to attract beneficial insects. All appropriate garden and kitchen waste is composted. We also support the local fire station, staffed by volunteers, as our named charity.
