description
Sit back and relax whilst we take you on a virtual journey to our villa and to Dikili a charming fishing town situated in "The Pearl of Aegean".

Imagine yourself in luxury accommodation, which is spacious and bright and furnished with your high standards in mind. A typical morning starts with an organic breakfast on the ground terrace which overlooks our garden and plot of land where a cow gently grazes. After breakfast you take a walk to the sandy beach a stones throw away. You find it uncrowded and take a swim in the glass clear sea lapping gently against the shore. Later you take shelter under a straw umbrella and feel more relaxed and at peace than you have done in years.

In the afternoon you notice on your personal itinery that it is the day for your free trip to a traditional Turkish mountain village. On your journey up you are stunned by the kozak plateau which rivals even Tuscany in terms of natural beauty. When you arrive you are given a tour of the traditional houses and mosque as our families guests.

In the evening you wonder if things can get better than this and see that the following day you are due to visit historical Bergama and then bathe in a thermal spa frequented by Cleopatra herself. On your return home you are the envy of your friends with your tales and adventures of the real Turkey that few foreign tourists get to see.

Local attractions include the thermal springs plus the major historical sites of Bergama and the Genoese Fortress in Candarli. Troy, Galliopli and Ephesus are also within two hours drive plus Foca famous for the Sirens is an hour away. In terms of culture all our neighbours are Turkish and the cuisine is traditional Turkish. We do a free trip to a mountain village where guests can experience the tribal culture of the Kozak people.
travellers' tales
We really enjoyed exploring the area, visiting Pergammon and other sights and trying out the restaurants in Dikili. Also the kindness and hospitality of the Turkish people we met was a lovely surprise. (more)
