The Beach House Wellness Retreat
The island provides the ultimate setting for our Ligne St Barth wellness retreat which has being created in harmony with the island’s natural habitat. This product range is available throughout the world and is renowned in the beauty industry for its exceptional quality. The products contain fresh ingredients and extracts from the plants, fruits and flowers of the Caribbean. These combined with pure, high-quality oils are beneficial and nourishing to body, mind and spirit. Every Ligne St Barth product also complies with the international regulations of the cosmetic industry. They are not tested on animals and are committed to the preservation of nature; we shares our philosophy and ethos with Ligne St Barth.
There are inside-dry and outside-wet treatment areas as well as fitness centre with a yoga corner and gym. Guests can also enjoy treatments in the privacy of their own villa or on the beach. The therapist has had extensive training from the Ligne St Barth team to ensure that all guests receive the highest quality of treatments.

Direct flights to Mahe from London. Access is by helicopter – 15 minutes from Mahé or 5 minutes from Praslin. Helicopter transfers are available from various other Seychelles island destinations.how this holiday makes a difference
 The island is one of the leading light in Seychelles on environmental impact management. We only have 8-10 visitors at one time, and have strict measures to recycle & minimise waste. There are 350,000 litres storage capacity for rainwater which is purified through UV filters and sediment filters. All water used, including the pool, is collected rainwater. Food and latrine waste is used to make rich compost for the vegetable garden and solar power is used to heat water and for essential daily needs. Even the freezers need only 4 hours of power. Local benefits include jobs, market outlets, training, and targeted support to local NGO’s. We are co-sponsoring an environmental centre on nearby Praslin Island. At the local level, we employ local staff for all works on the island, either as permanent resident staff or on short consultant works or contracts. Secondly, all produce and goods are sourced locally, (not the case; whilst we source locally through retail outlets many of the goods are imported) from nearby Praslin Island and Mahe, and all services are contracted locally. We are supporting local NGO's, Nature Seychelles and Wildlife Clubs, in the development of an environmental education centre on Praslin Island, called the Island Conservation Centre. It will receive thousands of visitors from schools, local tours and international guests. It will be a focus for training seminars. The Centre has a broad focus to include cultural events and local history, and how this relates to environmental awareness. |
