description
Rural guesthouse in Malaga set in lemon and orange orchards, located between the "white village" of Alora and the dramatic gorge at El Chorro.

We offer six rooms all en-suite and with views over the local countryside. We have spacious guest lounge with sky TV a selection of DVDs and a small library of reading material and guides to the local area. Outside there are terraces and gardens to relax and a swimming pool with a sun terrace.

A second guest lounge is equipped with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities and an honesty bar for beer and soft drinks.

Eating is al fresco during the summer months, and indoors in winter in the lounge heated by a wood burning stove. We specialise in fish and vegetarian cuisine and can cater for special diets e.g. lactose free, wheat free etc.)

The property adjoins the Guadalhorce river where Terrapins can be seen basking in the sun. The river, together with the eco management of the orchard attracts a plethora of birds and other wildlife. You can see, hares, foxes (hence no chickens) hoopoes and parakeets to mention but a few.

The property is located close to spectacular walks and we facilitate guided and self guided walking in the area. We are ideally located for trips to Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba, Malaga and lesser known town such as Antequera.
