what can affiliates earn?
Sign up via Affiliate window and you will receive: - £2 for every enquiry generated as a result of traffic from the affiliate site
- 30 day cookie (so any enquiry made withint 30 days from that computer will be attributed to you)
- Customer is directed to responsibletravel.com via the unique trackable AWIN link
- Browse the online directory to find holidays or accommodation they are interested in
- Send an enquiry about this holiday (or holidays). You are paid £2 for every enquiry made.
- Customer is put directly in touch with the operator to book their final choice.

Yes! If you’re familiar with affiliate deals, here are some pointers: - Leads based.A lot of CPA based programmes fail to acknowledge the branding and exposure that is given to the merchant by the affiliate - consumer activity is often browsing and will be fulfilled offline by phone or face to face having used the affiliate channel for research. The Pay-per-enquiry model addresses the weaknesses of the traditional CPA model with regards to conversion as it allows the affiliate to recieve payment for enquiries that may fulfil offline at a later date.
- The EPC is comparable if not better than CPA based tour operators on AWIN.

how do I get started?
- If you are yet to sign up to Affiliate Window, find out how here
- If you are already signed up to Affiliate Window but not to our programme, simply search for us under the 'new affiliates' tab on the right hand menu. We will validate your application as soon as possible.
- If you are already signed up to our programme, you can start choosing your content. Guidelines of how to download different creatives are below.
what creative is available?
1) Banners, links and logos We have 20 banners, skyscrapers and MPUs to choose from, both general ones and for the following categories: family/honeymoon/adventure/cycling/walking. Any others you would like just let us know.
Here is an example of a banner and an MPU ad.
Find them under ‘banners and links’ on the right hand menu of Affiliate Window, copy the code from the box to get your unique link and paste into your html.
2) Deep links
Deep links work really well for us, especially in directories. You can choose to link through to countries, categories or individual holidays.
Go to our site and find the URL you want. Go to ‘deep link builder’ and add the URL to the ‘deep link URL’ box. Copy the code in the box below that and paste into your html. You can also upload deeplinks even more quickly with the ‘Mozilla deep link builder’. You can find this under ‘plug-ins’ on the right hand side.

3) Search boxes
Our search boxes can be found under Banners & linking methods – dynamic – search forms. If you require any different sizes etc then please let us know.
4) Content widgets
You will shortly be able to add content widgets to your site from our top selling products. If you are interested in these please email Paul@responsibletravel.com. Here is a rough example of what they will look like:
5) Shop Window
Shop Window enables you to download a mixture of holiday products to your site. If you already have Shop Window software you can add a selection of products like these shown below, with your own choice of template.
