Work on an unspoilt small Thai island to help conserve the endangered turtle population. Volunteers will work with the Thai staff, helping with all aspects of the project’s work, from taking part in the monitoring and releasing of the turtles to helping keep the beach litter free and explaining the centre’s work to tourists.
The project focuses on sea turtle conservation, mangrove rehabilitation and sustainable community development. Volunteers will live in the community sharing and exchanging cultures. Children are involved through an environmental education programme.
