the amazing things you'll be doing
Commencing from Halls Gap in the heart of the Grampians, our 4WD Grampians Wild Nature Tour travels mostly 'off road'. The tour encompasses the Serra Range, Victoria Valley, Victoria Range & Wallaby Rocks. The journey covers waterfalls, spectacular rugged landscapes, wet lands, river red gums, including diverse natural flora, rock art, history and wild native animals. In all, an extraordinary natural experience.

Our Three Star luxury All-terrain vehicle travels mainly on remote bush tracks on this Tour. Commencing with a short down hill stroll through temperate rain forest (remnant Cretaceous), our guide will bring to life the fascinating array of flora and fauna that inhabits Silverband gully. Next we traverse Stoney Creek Road through tall Stringybark forests and on into the Victoria Valley via Glenelg River Road encountering extraordinary views and diverse habitats, wildflowers and wild native animals.

After morning tea enjoyed secluded in the forest we move on to experience waterfalls, River Red Gum wetlands again with the prospect of encountering more wild native animals.

Gourmet bush lunch is served at a picturesque location before we move onto explore an Aboriginal Rock Art site where our guide will interpret Koorie culture and life style. We then climb the Mt Victory Range to Wallaby Rocks where we attain 360-degree views over the Grampians.

The lookout is breathtaking and we can see some 100k to the nearest horizon. The eroded rock formations along this track are fascinating, our clients repeatedly marvel at nature's brilliant sculptures. We then return to Halls Gap traversing via mountain bush tracks with a stop at Reeds Lookout to finish the tour.
