This is a delightful sea front villa set on the beautiful Kas peninsula, overlooking the Greek island of Meis. The spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea and the mature private garden make this villa holiday in Kas perfect for those looking for something a little more special. Benefiting from direct access to the sea, just a ten-second stroll down its own private path, this is a villa that will make you wish you could be on holiday forever.
The villa's prime location means that whilst you enjoy your own tranquil setting on this dramatic coastline, you are still only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas with its many cafes, tea gardens, excellent restaurants, charming boutiques, old fishing harbour and ancient ruins.
Several outdoor activities and tours are available from Kas including day trips to surrounding villages, scuba diving, boat trips, paragliding, sea kayaking, white water rafting, mountain biking and trekking. For those who love to explore, many historical sites and ancient ruins are nearby, such as carved rock tombs, sarcophagi and amphitheaters galore. The famous sandy beaches of Patara and Kaputas are not very far and make great day trips.
There are 4 bedrooms - a master, double, twin and single. All bedrooms have air con and are furnished with wardrobes, dressing tables and side cabinets. The master bedroom is en-suite. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. There is a fully furnished lounge with TV and stereo, open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The mature garden has a large patio, perfect for BBQs. Pool and garden loungers are also provided.

how this holiday makes a difference
This is a property that is 100% owned and maintained by Turkish locals. In fact our villa holiday in Kas provides full time employment to an entire family all year round. Not just for the tourist season. Day excursions are also organised by local companies and individuals.
We are always experimenting with new ways to reduce our impact on the environment and reduce the use of harmful chemicals. We hope soon to implement a water filtering system that will eliminate the use of chlorine altogether from our swimming pool. Other cleaning products where possible are eco friendly. The water heating system is solar. Additionally, £10 from your booking fee will be donated to the Ulupinar Conservation Coop, who protect and monitor Turkey’s endangered sea turtles at Olimpos Beach, Antalya.
Though we call our house a villa, it is in fact our home and we are very proud of it. We feel that it maintains a close architectural link with the historical houses of Kas and surroundings. The interior is influenced by traditional décor with Turkish rugs, kilims and wall hangings. On our villa holiday in Kas, guests will feel at home, and experience what it’s like to “live” in Turkey for a week or two as opposed to an ordinary hotel experience. Shopping for food alongside locals at the Kas street market will be one of the highlights of your stay.
