Mount Kenya Farm

Holiday home in two acres of garden (vegetables organically grown for guests to enjoy) in the central highlands of Kenya. Situated on the equator the house is at 7,100ft elevation close to Mount Kenya and two miles from the market town of Nanyuki. Sleeps up to 15 in doubles and singles. Ideal base for climbing/trekking on the mountain or for a variety of animal and bird safaris. The house is owned by a Kenyan/Welsh couple and members of their family provide full domestic service and support (including catered service if required) for guests. Local airstrip connects Nairobi. Car hire in Nanyuki.
