We coordinate a local Tourism Group which combines both Maori and non Maori products into packages which enable visitors to discover and understand the history of both cultures.
We work with our local marae, helping to cater for large groups, and assist with tourism development
We act as an advocate within local government for the upgrade of our road which services a mainly maori community
We purchase local produce and encourage others to develop their range of products
We have a policy to employ local people when it is required
We actively work to retain heritage seeds and plants from our valley
We distribute surplus avocado crop to others in valley
We coordinate collection of recyclable and reusable goods
We invite every traveller who books a holiday via us to send in a review. Because we don't run the holidays they're completely independent and unedited... remember to read between the lines though, as two people on the same holiday can have different views!
