We try to save the maximun food and not to waste everything with sharing with the one who need.
We provide only organic food here and respect and save energy and water.
We try to use the maximun food product from Marrakech and Essaouira and to use proper products with the minimal polution effect.
We also share all the staff to be change which please the ones not able to buy their own ones.
We also try not to use products with chimical interaction to preserve environment.
We have a lots of plants and flowers home and are trying to give a help to the water developpement with sharing ideas and suggestions for avoinding the water's problem here or there..too!
We also try to have some common ideas shared with environment local organizations with having riads and hotels united facing the government environmental departement to be able to have a better communication and strengh in our preconisations.

Far away from doing enough,we anyway do our real best always faithfull to the idea not to think only "what the country can give you..but what you can give to the country too.."
We provide a good quality life to our staff and are just trying to give them them a family feeling with not only thinking to what they can provide but to their hapiness too to be able to give the best to our guest as just happy and fun people..!
We supply some support to the local artist too to give them the oppotunity to be able to create and live corrctly from their art work. We especially are working closely since 11 years in Essaouira on the coast with art workers for wood&tuya&art craft and statues in ebeny and tuya and we have been closely working with maybe the best artist in Essaouira,Said Bousaba who is the official artist of Riad Dar Najat & Riad Bab Essaouira in Essaouira on the coast.
