At Life Force 100% of of charity funds go directly to conservation, the tourism enterprise provides the financial means to continue the project and provide an enlightening experience. Tiger conservation is people conservation, at the top of the food chain the tiger is an index of health for the whole ecosystem, Life Force has brought the following benefits to the community, school rooms and equipment, medical care and financial and practical support for the development of sustainable projects amongst the community.
Life Force is making every effort in the central highlands of Madhya Pradesh to preserve the tiger and it's habitat, we recognise that conservation will only be long term if it takes into account the needs of local people. Its work follows an holistic strategy which includes supporting the Forest Guards, providing educational and medical support to villagers and developing 'ecodevelopment' co-operative schemes between locals and the Forest Department which bring all-round benefit to all species.
We endeavor wherever possible to avoid harming the environment around us. To this end we would request that all visitors attempt to minimise (if not avoid) the use of soaps, cosmetics and other substances containing ingredients which may be harmful to the area when released into the air, discarded, or poured down the drains.
