Climate change is a change in the statistical distribution of weather over periods of time that range from decades to millions of years. If we do nothing to stop it, climate change will cause severe water shortages, rising sea levels will swallow cities, and pest outbreaks will sicken people and kill crops.
Residenza Farnese's philosophy is to offer a luxurious stay in a charming residence in a place as a great Farnese, but in respect of heritage and nature. In fact, our B & B, which was restored in 2011, has retained the charm of the original building of the sixteenth century but with special care and modern interior finishes, the building is equipped with solar panels and water waste is minimized. Its time we pay attention to the environment and give it some space to breathe too.
As global citizens we too can contribute. Here are some small ways how :
- Turn off the lights when you leave a room
- Use compact fluorescent bulbs as they help save energy (not to mention they last longer)
- Switch off all electrical equipments when not in use, like turn off the monitor when you are not at your desk
- Pile all your home rubbish into different bins – biodegradable and non-biodegradable separately
- Observe a vehicle free day you can walk or take a cycle

The structure as well as being a private business project, pointing to the revaluation of Farnese as a place of cultural interest, for this cooperation and relations with neighbours are great.
The people of the town will welcome you as if you were a member of their family.All products served at breakfast are strictly organic and locally produced, this allowed us to create links with local farmers and ranchers. While respecting the history, culture and nature of the B & B's aim to move the local economy and preserve the few remaining craftsmen.In agreement with the local authorities want to preserve the cultural heritage of the area, the natural reserve of the Lamone, but at the same time to know the area of Tuscia in the world.
Is very important for us to promote the territory and its natural resources, protect the landscape in all its aspects, to develop scientific research and the environment, promote social, cultural and productive land.
We want to ensure the social, cultural and economic development of local communities concerned, in order to safeguard the town remained frozen in time and left untouched by mass tourism, which has not destroyed the purity and authenticity that characterize and differentiate it from other towns in the area.
