We stress the environmental issues raised when living a high consumerist lifestyle which has become part of everyday day living and discourage the use of chemicals and artificial additives of any kind.
Our kitchen follows the guidelines of the international Slow Food Movement and promotes home cooking and family meals as a preferred way of life.
We are passionate about our beautiful, natural and historic region and thrive on its promotion. Upon booking, we supply guests with ample literature to acquaint them with our beautiful region and its natural and man-made attractions, subsequently benefitting our local tourism industry.
We support the local community by donating accommodation and workshop gift certificates to local schools and community organisations such as the Wollondilly Cancer Support Group and the Mayor's Charity Ball for fundraisers.
Upon booking, we supply guests with ample literature to acquaint them with our beautiful region and its natural and man-made attractions, subsequently benefitting our local tourism industry. We are also available at all times during their stay to answer any questions they may have on the region and offer sight-seeing recommendations. Furthermore, all hired staff and tradespeople are sourced from local residents and businesses.
