The preservation and respect of nature and heritage are very important; Casa de Juste is surrounded by magnificent gardens and green spaces that are daily cared. Also, Casa de Juste believes that heritage is full of remarkable stories, therefore the House promotes the preservation of the heritage while keeping the stories alive.
Casa de Juste Country House prepares all meals using fresh seasonal organic ingredients from their own garden or local area.The tourist can participate in eco agricultural living by learning about the production of wine, collecting aromatic herbs, making homemade jam and preparing healthy authentic dishes. Another interesting program is gardening. It's all about authentic experiences.
The relationship with the community is very close, the House wants to keep the traditions alive, preserving and promoting the local traditions.
