Take shopping bag always for shopping,
We reduce water flow in toilets and sinks.•schemes to prevent/reduce waste

•development of producer initiatives to prevent/reduce waste arising from their activities

•partnership projects, that involve local authorities, to improve the quality of the environment for particular local communities
•promotion of awareness of the need to protect the environment, including national and regional campaigns
•promotion /support of education and training to assist achievement of campaign objectives
•resources (human or material) to enable education and training to be carried out
•initiatives undertaken by community groups and others for protection of the environment
•such other purposes for protection of the environment as may be prescribed t in the regulations.vWe have for a number of years been cutting turf from our own bog but just recently realised the damage this was doing re the release of carbon into the atmosphere so have decided to use just our own wood from now on. To that end we must think about planting more trees so that we will be self sufficient in timber. To protect and improvement of quality of water in the environment, rivers, lakes and ground water.
