My promise to sustain my environment:

1) towel re-use policy, asking guest to participate by not expecting fresh towels on daily basis.
2) Sheets are being changes weekly instead of daily.
3) Britta filtered water pitchers in rooms to reduce bottled water.
4) Cloth napkins are used instead of paper napkins.
5) Washing machines cycles are being optimized to prevent waste of water and electricity.
6) Plastic disposal cups have been replaced with washable cups.
7) All cleaning products are green globe approved.
8) AC turn off in rooms when unoccupied.
9) Toilets are low volume with 2-push button system.
10) Alum cans are recycled for collection.
11) Glass bottle are collected for crushing for recycling.
12) Water conversation monitored daily.
13) Hot water uses carbon-free propane for on demand needs.
14) Compact light bulbs and LED's are used throughout resort.
We ask for our customers support in conserving water while visiting Cobalt Coast Dive Resort, one of the world's most precious resources. We ask that if they find drips or leaks, to report them immediately and not to leave water running unnecessarily.
Our 'Water Sense'' toilets and faucets are efficient conservation water management fixtures, using minimum volume to flush the toilets and showers.
The air conditioning system has an environmentally friendly R410-A coolant in it. We ask for our visitors help in reducing the carbon footprint of Cobalt Coast Resort by closing windows and doors when the A/C is on, and turning the A/C off while they are out. The rooms cool down very quickly. There are wonderful prevailing breezes on most days, bringing fresh air and a gentle cross-breeze into your room. We also ask that visitors turn off lights, fans and appliances when they are not in use.
