The most memorable part were the ...scones on arrival (they were the best I have ever tasted!), walking around the beautiful country side and the farm...
(more)Simply sitting back, enjoying the peace and tranquillity was the most memorable...We genuinely think we had very little impact on the environment. We spent money in local shops - although the nearby Waitrose was a temptation! (more)We loved the location of the straw bale cabin, right in the middle of a working farm, beautiful countryside all around. The only noises the sounds of the animals and birds. Bliss for get away from it all city dwellers. (more)A particular highlight was the welcome we received from Carrie and Colin. They bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we could possibly want, including maps, guide books and a lift to and from Fowey in the evening.
(more)Really enjoyed exploring this area of Britain, which I have never really explored before. Particularly liked Arundel Castle, and as for the breakfasts they were amazing. (more)A fantastic place with such an upbeat, positive and progressive vibe about it. And a stunning area of the UK.
