The most memorable part of our trip was most likely the scenery we loved the mountains and woodlands. The next was the food as Nick is no doubt an excellent chef and Dasha a specialist with deserts.

Marks out of 10 - 10! Really enjoyed the set up of the cabin, very thoughtfully done with lots of information, loads of smashing little touches (loved the walkie talkies!) & fresh baked muffins as a welcome did it for me. The location was exquisite.

(more)The holiday was lovely....Sitting under the stars (fabulous Milky Way) eating our evening meal on the beach with the tables placed round a bonfire. Good food, good company, a bottle of wine, bliss! (more)The location is perfect for sightseeing in Sintra, cliff walking, forest trails, beach visits, day trip to Lisbon or Cascais, good and reasonable eating options...the perfect cocktail of good accommodation , helpful hosts, location, scenic walking, sightseeing and food. We had a wonderful week- we were only sorry that we had to return home before the village fiesta which takes place next week end and for which we would love to have stayed. Maybe next year?

We stayed at the house for 4 nights with our teenage boys and we were so happy we did. Corinne and Benoit make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive...It was one of the highlights of our 3 weeks in France! Benoit does great excursions so highly recommend you go on his tours too!

Magnificent! We had a wonderful time in Lubrin. John was an excellent host - informative and very attentive. The accommodation was outstanding value for money. The gardens and pool were a real delight. We will definitely return.

The time I spent at the agriturismo was excellent. The hosts were excellent with plenty of information about the area. Our stay benefitted the very small local community and the local farmers and crafts people. (more)
