The most memorable parts were enjoying cooking lessons with a bat flying over head. Scrubbing baby elephants clean with a coconut shell. Eating the most amazing food in a cosy family atmosphere.
(more)We find it hard to pull out one memorable part of our 3 days with Rajat and family at their wonderful home in the Nilgiri Hills. I think though if we had to pick one thing it would be the extraordinary warmth, hospitality and kindness bestowed on us by the family from the moment we stepped out of the car. We were made to feel like long-lost family or best friends.
(more)The most memorable part of my holiday was being in such a calm, peaceful and gentle environment and experiencing the culture of a country that was completely different to that in the UK. Always happy when the flight is over, but usually apprehensive about tackling the language barriers and over-zealous taxi drivers I was more than happy to be greeted with a smile by an Exodus representative.
