Gosh, difficult to say which part out of so many! I am reviewing the holiday five
months later and still remember everything about our stay here. The delicious
food and warm hospitality from the hosts, the beautiful scenery and the long
walks will stay with me forever, I think.
(more)The time I spent at the agriturismo was excellent. The hosts were excellent with plenty of information about the area. Our stay benefitted the very small local community and the local farmers and crafts people. (more)The rooms are quite lovely, only surpassed by the views of the sea and the Madonie Mountains. I also had the pleasure of visiting a shepherd making cheese on a hillside and of visiting the local Santa Anastasia Winery, where they give an outstanding tour. Practically everything on your plate comes from the estate, whether it be pork from their rare breed pigs or wild boar, vegetables from the garden or olive oil from the olive groves.
