The sheer beauty and peace of the landscape and the farm were most memorable... This place is best enjoyed as an opportunity to take time out and relax rather than as a base for lots of excursions. 10/10 - wonderful!

Some fabulous restaurants in chiavenna and wonderful food and drink, simply gorgeous views, fresh air and zillions of places to go and see from lakes to quaint villages to deserted mountain treks (more)Waking up in the morning, and stepping onto the balcony; from where the views were stunning was the most memorable part.
