(more)This was a fantastic day where we were taken around a bay by Captain Halil, we swam in the clear sea and his mother cooked us a lunch of freshly caught fish and kebabs. Fantastic! So much to do in this area of Turkey.

It suited us because it was very quiet. Renovating old buildings provides an immediate atmosphere to the holiday and is much better than staying in a new apartment. Overall we would rate our holiday 10 out of 10 and fully intend to visit again in the spring, when the wild flowers are blooming. The vineyard is one of the nicest places we have stayed - just what we needed after a stressful year in our business. (more)

We really enjoyed exploring the area, visiting Pergammon and other sights and trying out the restaurants in Dikili.
