I travelled quite extensively in my teens and twenties but after I had children it was mainly Disneyland. Now I am divorced and my children are grown and I think of travel again. I think of the Blue Mosque, travelling by camel from Cairo to the Pyramides, safaris and much more. |

I have a Travel Agency in the US. I have a real passion for travel and have been on many trips. I live in Hawaii. I especially lovee the beauty of nature and wildlife. I especially love cruising. I love music and dancing. I like smiling and making friends with people around the world. My greatest desire is to visit the Arctic and Antarctica and would love a female travel companion to share costs. |

I moved to Grenada in 2000 to start a small sustainable resort. I have been going places during my former executive life; this is the nicest spot I could find. People are very nice, there is no racial issue at all, nature is beautiful and varied and violent crime is very low. It's not overrun by tourists. Hikers will love this paradise. |

I'm addicted to travel, but also an environmentalist, so constantly struggle with the conflict between the two. Having said that, Mark Twain was absolutely right when he said "Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry and narrow-mindedness", so everyone needs to do some travelling and I don't mean to ex pat resorts in the South of Spain. Favourite place must be New Zealand, although do love Norfolk, England, especially the north Norfolk coast. |

I enjoy travelling to exotic places especially in the East. I dont really like commercialised places prefering to be able to experience the local culture. Havent got a particular place I would concider as being the greatest place I have been but really enjoyed doing a 'Thelma and Louise' with m friend around Arizona. I am off to Nepal in March 2009 to do some volunteer work and hope to get a little time to see the sights. |

My husband and myself are retired, and determined to get the best out of life before we are unable to sit on a plane for more than a couple of hours! We will go anywhere - Christmas was a Caribbean cruise, mid January to mid February visiting friends in the Keys and touring in Florida, April and last week we returned from 2 weeks in Kenya. We enjoy anything - from room only to touring to all inclusive to cruises, and book both via building our own packages on the internet or packages from travel agents. Langkawi in Malaysia and St Maarten in the Caribbean are 2 favourites, followed by Florida and California. |

Part French, part Danish. Lived in Africa for 10 years as a child. Married with another travel enthusiast. Stay-at-home mum with 15 months old daughter who already loves travelling, but long-haul trips still on hold. Not for long, as would love to go to Vietnam next year, so any tips about travelling with toddlers are welcome! Secret travel obsession: bringing home local recipes and delicacies! |

I am a paediatric endocrinologist, semi-retired. I travel extensively, writing articles for up-market glossies. Member of ITWPA and American Travel Writers' Bureau. Love life, love most people, and am especially susceptible, as one would expect, to the plight of children in third world countries. I would love to hear from people who feel similarly. Thanks I love travelling to South Africa, can never tire of the space, the vividness of the colours, the contrasts... I love the Caribbean, equally for the colour and contrast of life on the islands. I love train journies, and hope to take an inaugural trip on a new train in India during this September. |
