I am a travel writer specialising in responsible travel, and have the great opportunity to come across some wonderful spots. When I remember, I shall send some in the direction of Responsibletravel.com's new website. Meanwhile, do please have a look at my recent book Ecoescape Ireland, part of the Ecoescape series, (www.ecoescape.org) as well as my regular column The Ethical Traveller in The Irish Times (www.irishtimes.com) |

I have a Travel Agency in the US. I have a real passion for travel and have been on many trips. I live in Hawaii. I especially lovee the beauty of nature and wildlife. I especially love cruising. I love music and dancing. I like smiling and making friends with people around the world. My greatest desire is to visit the Arctic and Antarctica and would love a female travel companion to share costs. |

I love travelling! Whether it be Scotland, Europe or further afield. Discovered Koh Libong last year and want to find more places like it. Also discovered Dubai. Am I the only person who hated it with real passion? |

As someone who lives in the Perthshire countryside I have fantastic scenery on my doorstep. I'm only 17 minutes away from the Highlands and have climbed all the 284 'Munros' in Scotland (mountains over 3000 feet which may not seem very high but have every mountain characteristic) almost twice. I love travel, especially seeing different cultures, people, landscape and never grow tired of turning another corner and opening my eyes to something new. In my previous job I was given many ooportunities to visit different parts of the world from North America to China. I am a keen photographer and I'm trying to start up on my own in this field. I have a website www.grahamhoodphotography.com. Take a look at my photo gallery and if you have time give me your thoughts on the landscape and travel sections on the web site. |

I have been independently travelling in Africa for 20 years and have recently set up my own travel company called From Here 2 Timbuktu. I specialise in taking people across the Sahara and on small group tours in West Africa, principally Mali, Cameroon and Senegal. I do a 6 month journey from the UK and you may join me for 2 weeks or more of Faraway Festivals, tribal trips, river cruises and gorilla trekking. All of my trips take people to some of the remote communities that I have befriended on my travels, to far and distant places as my company name suggests. I have long felt that tourism in Africa tends to concentrate on the wild life and the landscape whilst the most exciting, vibrant and inspiring side of Africa - its diverse people and their extraordinary cultures - passes by the window of the 4x4. The aim is to give people that independent travel experience without the hassle, to get you right out there into the back and beyond and to put something back into some comunitiies which are very dear to my heart. |

I moved to Grenada in 2000 to start a small sustainable resort. I have been going places during my former executive life; this is the nicest spot I could find. People are very nice, there is no racial issue at all, nature is beautiful and varied and violent crime is very low. It's not overrun by tourists. Hikers will love this paradise. |
