My favourite place at the moment (it changes almost daily)! is New York..I also love any beach and the snow... i have a passion for good food..The best meal i ever had was a lobster caught and cooked on a boat in cuba...I love to scare myself in the sea...be it on a board or on reefs diving and i would love to learn to sail..and i have big fascination for sharks..i met a few in the Barrier Reef! I have a burning urge to get close to some BIG bears, wolves, manatees, and flamingos...oh, and i really really want to drive from Boston to Key West, stopping off all the way!

I really enjoy my trekking and any active holiday - I've a boredom threshold of about 2 hours so beach holidays are definatly out! Favorite country I've visited is Nepal by a mile, the people are the friendlest I've come across and the mountains are awesome, can't wait to head back there!

I live and breath travel. It's what I do. Unfortunately, time, money and young children mean we don't get to explore the world as often as we would like so I relish and savour the times when I can travel, either for work or for pleaseure. My job takes me to Australia, my passion but I have been lucky enough to spend long periods in Africa too. I took my eldest son to India last year which was a first for us both and an amzing experience.
Skiing is one holiday the whole family loves and we go every year. My kids are faster and more stylish than me these days which dents the confidence but it's great to see them having the time of their lives as they hurtle down piste after piste.

Exploring Asia is next on my list but there are so many other places I am deperate to get to. The list just keeps getting longer....

I love resposible and slow travel (adore hiking, the slowest possible travelling). I haven't been at a place yet that hasn't thrilled and enriched me, but for sheer awesomeness (both for geography and people, it'd be a tie between Morocco and Sri Lanka (Peace there NOW!!!) And as the experience of a lifetime? El Camino de Santiago!

I moved to Grenada in 2000 to start a small sustainable resort. I have been going places during my former executive life; this is the nicest spot I could find. People are very nice, there is no racial issue at all, nature is beautiful and varied and violent crime is very low. It's not overrun by tourists. Hikers will love this paradise.

Ex marketing manager for Air Europe (defunct) and PR manager for Dan Air (gone as well), I've worked in travel and travel insurance marketing for some years - as well as doing other non-travel things! I love Cuba - been there 4 times! Ibiza, well, anywhere around the Med really. I have rellies in Oz and spent my 50th in New York! I want to eventually give up the delights of Brighton (I live close by), and retire to the sun. Someday - after the credit crunch has disappeared of course!
My scariest moment was water ski-ing off Brighton beach one morning after party the night before. I wasn't very good at getting up that day onto my skis, and was just having a rest when a massive basking shark (I didn't see it's fin), floating by underneath me in the walm, calm waters that day. I realise that he or she was only looking for plankton - but boy, did I manage to get back onto that boat quickly!
Dream destination? I'd like to renew my wedding vows somewhere hot and balmy, but My husband prefers Brighton beach! Tres romantique on the pebbles!

Mostly I like to travel alone because I like to expose myself to the happenings that Life puts in front of me. Meeting and contacting local people I enjoy specially.
My stunning place is India that I visited the most so far. Each time it Mothers me and great anecdotes I bring back from the journeys.
My secret travel obsession is not to stop this activity ever, and keep on developing what I call yoga or connection to people, culture, nature and to myself.
I wish to enhance it with participation in social and eco projects and all what responsible travel is about.

I travel colourfully to colourful places pretty much making it up as I go along.

My favourite thing about travelling to another country is experiencing wildlife and cultures completely different to those at home.
I am continuously trying to decide where my next adventure will take me, it probably doesn't help working at responsibletravel.com looking through fantastic holidays everyday!
