After working for the environmental and community conservation organisation Global Vision International, I moved back to Brighton (home of my student days) and am now working for responsibletravel.com as their newest member! Its great knowing that the company you work for is doing so much to promote sustainable travel and responsible tourism, plus you get to find out about amazing adventures and holidays every day! I am obsessed with the idea of travelling to Bhutan...someday i'll make it happen!

“Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness…Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all of one’s lifetime” – Mark Twain

I live in New York City but leave as often as I can. I am a dedicated traveller and a passionate animal lover - I have 3 dogs and a cat so it is a rough combination but they are always well cared for when I am on the road. I have travelled extensively throughout North and South America, Asia, The Middle East, and East Africa. I have loved and appreciated all of my journeys but some standouts are Croatia, Easter Island, The Galapagos, Borneo, Nepal, India, Cambodia, Egypt and Zanzibar. The hands down best experience I have ever had was gorilla trekking in the Congo, followed by visiting orangutans in Borneo as a close second. My next planned trips are to Bhutan this spring, and would like to get to Australia and New Zealand soon after that.

I have permanent itchy feet and have lived in quite a few places. I've traveled alot by myself for long periods of time..generally with no money at all... That use to be half the fun. Now I prefer a little comfort. I've pretty much loved everywhere I've been, they all have a little special something. There are still many places left on my list... I cross one off, I add two more.
