I think my love for travel comes from a passion for social politics and an experience of difference, and a woefully short attention span that renders me constantly (if not physically!) nomadic! As such, my appreciation for travel satisfies an opportunity to learn something new, whether that's simply a new perspective, or a completely different way of life. Since coming to work for responsibletravel.com I've been able to turn my vicarious nomadism to a whole new range of prospective destinations! Having confined my travels to predominantly Euro-American cultures so far, I'd like to get out of my comfort zone and try something more challenging in the near future. Any suggestions? Answers on an e-card... |

My husband and i enjoy travelling to places that are not the usual tourist haunts. We enjoy active holidays such as Cycling or hiking. Travelling down the river in the jungle spotting wildlife was a real highlight of one of our trips in Borneo. My next wish trip is to cycle from Vienna to Prague via the Czech Greenways. |

I have a burning urge to get close to some BIG bears, wolves, manatees, and flamingos...oh, and i really really want to drive from Boston to Key West, stopping off all the way! |

My feet are always itchy...I am addicted to travel, I love meeting new people from different countries and am genuinely fascinated with the differences and similarities between us all. This fits in quite nicely with my other passion-photography. Working for responsibletravel.com and being the main customer contact here means I am constantly browsing the site and helping people to choose a holiday from all the magical and exciting holidays we offer. |

I am Amit, 27 from Hyderabad, India and I consider myself broad-minded,easy-going and fun loving with a carefree attitude. I would love to spend time in some cooler places in south India - either Kodaikanal, Ooty, Hampi or elsewhere in a quite and calm place and spend some romantic time with my travel companion while we enjoy n explore the natural surroundings. She must be between 18-35, broad-minded, be ready to travel on low budget, comfortable sharing a room. She must be ready to explore the place during the mornings and explore each other during the nights n make it wild and exciting :) |

It is my childhood fantasy/ dream/ vision, that I would like to share with the select few who are as adventurous as me. Let me take this opportunity to share my experiences and at the same time would now look forward to share those cherished moments. Well, it goes back to about more than a decade ago as a young lad of a Forest Officer. Given a chance, I would just take off to the virgin unnoticed hilly terrain, go trekking, mountaineering, camping, at places where any wouldn't dare to venture out. Some rare shots are for you to visualize and imagine yourself being there along with a person with an I.F.S. family background for whom not money but the company of like minded adventurous and fun loving daredevils matter.explore my Himachal INDIA with my eyes. Mountain lover i belong to mighty Himalayan state of HIMACHAL PRADESH INDIA a trekker by birth We run a adventure travel company by name of adventurehills and are first to start homestays and cycle tourim in himachal , to make himachal carbon free. 2004-2005 was a great period for us: 15 monts travelling around the world, from Mexico to Panama via central america, Equador to Chile, New Zealand and Australia (where we had studied and lived for a year previsouly) to finish the trip via Viet Nam, Laos, Thailand, Nepal and India...We have settled down now in St Jeannet, the home village of Benoit, certainly one of the most beautifull place in the world..."after Reunion Island !!! " adds Corinne :) (where she grew up and spent most her life). Now we are still looking for beautifull places to go, more special people to meet, and stay young forever :) |

I'm a Canadian writer, living in Mexico for sixteen years. My idea for the perfect way to travel is to plunk myself down in a country for a couple of years and explore it from within. |
