Newly widowed ... too young to be stereotypical widow. Am an installation artist/photographer and small farmer living high up on Cumbrian Fells. SO keen to travel, and want to start with road trip around Morocco/Atlas Mountains etc..then plan the big South American Road Trip. Am pretty fit, articulate, practical and have sunny nature...My real dream is to visit Samarkand or to travel the Silk Road .. but am not a millionairess unfortunately. Might be interested in someone to keep me company along the way. Best place I ever went to was Picos dd'Europa, village and monastery .. like being on another planet..PEACE, BIRDS, ON TOP OF THE WORLD/History and ATMOSPHERE .... P.S. Am not a hippie chick but do have just a few tendencies! |

I love travelling anywhere, and anyhow! I like adventure, I love roughing it, and luxury too when I save enough..anything's good!!!! I think Switzerland is amazing, and Lauterbrunnen is one of the most beautiful places to camp in the world. Travelling round some of south India was fabulous, and Mamallapuram with all the stone temples was fantastic. Dubai is crazyilly over the top, I love Paris, and Morocco is very cool. Also just love the Lake District, and being by the sea. I'd love to travel round Japan, and go back to Zambia where I was born and really experience the country now I'm an adult. |

I enjoy walking in the Lakes and the Lancs/Yorks moors. Ive trekked three times in Nepal and been up Killimanjaro & Mount Kenya. I enjoy the challenge of a hard walk but also the "social side" which always involves a few beers......There is so much I still want to do, but I keep getting drawn back to Nepal when time and funds allow. |
