My favourite place at the moment (it changes almost daily)! is New York..I also love any beach and the snow... i have a passion for good food..The best meal i ever had was a lobster caught and cooked on a boat in cuba...I love to scare myself in the sea...be it on a board or on reefs diving and i would love to learn to sail..and i have big fascination for sharks..i met a few in the Barrier Reef! I have a burning urge to get close to some BIG bears, wolves, manatees, and flamingos...oh, and i really really want to drive from Boston to Key West, stopping off all the way!

My friends and family would describe me as always starting a sentence with 'when I was travelling...'. I have since tried to disguise this by beginning with 'Once when I was in' but this hasn't fooled them. I love to travel and talk about it all day long, once you get me started I find it hard to stop. I love to travel light and throw myself into random situations. My favourite country by far is Thailand, my last trip took me camping to Wales and my next is to southern Spain to practice my spanish.

I work for responsibletravel.com and love travel and would like to travel more but the usual restraints of time and money hold me back a bit! This is actually a mixed blessing and has helped me to discover that there are so many great places to see in the UK! I also really love British wildlife: it’s not quite as iconic as the big five but you have to admire British wildlife for surviving so long, despite all the attempts to kill it off!

In particular, I love the culture architecture and cuisine of Italy , the beaches and friendly faces of the Caribbean and the wild splendour of Canada. There are so many places I want to see.

I love exotic places and experiencing new things. Rather ashamedly the greatest place i've ever been memorywise is Disneyworld in Florida when i was a kid...it's tacky but magical! I would love to visit Thailand and live in a hut for a few months writing a book and eating fresh fruit...

I am a Malaysian at the moment studying in New South Wales, Australia. I love people and traveling to most unlikely places. I like to try new things and I would love to skydive if given a chance (and enough money!)

I have travelled extensively but feel like the more I do the more of the world remains to be seen! You can never have enough holidays, especially in hot climates! I love nothing more than trying new foods and experiencing different cultures. Most exciting moments - giant buffalo mozerella in Rome, spicy squid salad in Bangkok, spinach patties fried on the street in Amritzar, northern India.

The two best beaches in the world so far... a white stretch of deserted beach on the coast of Zanzibar.. closely followed by Boracay beach in the Philippines. I am obsessed with Japan and Japanese food, art and dress. It is my ultimate travel destination!

Being a Londoner, I love big cities... top 5 are New York, Bangkok, Rome, Madrid and Prague. I am also fascinated by learning languages. I speak french and german, have a smattering of spanish and Italian, but really want to get my teeth into Japanese! no easy feat...
