A good reason to get up at 5am in Laos

I love getting up early, however whether your a night owl or an early bird you won't miss the extra hours sleep once you have woken at 5am in Luang Purbang to see the morning alms.

Morning alms is the religious act of giving, where local people give food to the Monks and Nuns as sign of respect for their continued spirituality and their work within the community.
