| Pashley Manor Gardens - Kent Posted 06 Jul 2009 by Justin Francis This wonderful Garden was recently voted English Garden of the Year. we went during early July and it was incredible - al the roses were out, and the vegetable garden was almost perfect. | Orford Posted 02 Sep 2008 by Kate Moore you'll easily to wile away a day or two here, it's the perfect place to unwind. you can catch a boat to Orford Ness which is a beautiful nature reserve on a shingly Spit. It used to be a military testing site so its a bit spooky, but amazing birdlife. The last boat there from the mainland is at 2pm, and last back is at 5pm.
