| Keeping toddlers happy in Barcelona Posted 30 Jul 2008 by Anne Williams The Parc de la Ciutadella in the middle of Barcelona has a fantastic toddler play area that every day from 10pm - 2pm they bring out all the ride-on car bikes and scooters for 1-5 year olds to play on. The park is completey secure and they also bring tables out to do some painting and colouring. Its very shaded and right next to a cafe. It's one road in the Barrio Gotico with little bars and cafes on either side - lots have space for dancing when it gets late too! It's near the Ciutadella park so you could spend all day relaxing there (or playing the bongos which seems to be the popular option!) and then roll on over to the Born for drinks and dancing til...more... |
