Ulverston Lantern Festival

Ulverston is a little town near Barrow-in-Furness in Cumbria. Every year they have a lantern festival in September. It starts off with a parade of paper lanterns with candles in (health and safety types would have a field day with this) and ends with a big wicker man style bonfire in the park.
