Best practice for building accommodation: To achieve sustainable building we need to consider the environmental impact of materials we're using to reduce energy consumption in the home. You can also choose an ethical insurance company such as  Nature Save.

There are many things you can do to make your build gentle on the environment. They range from large- to small-scale, and most people have to choose priorities and make trade-offs.   Here are some suggestions:
