*Rough Guide terms:
UK addresses: delivery of your book is likely to take 1 week once it has been dispatched (we will email you to notify when your guide has been dispatched, this is likely to be within 1-2 weeks of registering for your gifts).
Overseas addresses: delivery is likely to take between 2-6 weeks once it has been dispatched.
Please note that out of stock guides can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. If you are travelling within the next six weeks and order a guide to your destination then we will email you to let you know if your guide is out of stock, otherwise it will be ordered automatically.
All post is by standard delivery only.
Please note that we will not resend guides if an incorrect address is given, so please check your address is correct (including which country it is being mailed to) before submitting your form.
If you do not receive your guide within 6 months of it being ordered please notify us within this 6 month period. We will not be able to re-send your missing guide book if you notify us outside of this time period.

You can choose between receiving a cheque or an electronic payment:
Cheque: will be sent to the address you give and they need to be cashed within 6 months of the date of issue.
Electronic payment: will be made via Pay Pal to the email address that you provide. Please ensure you provide us with your correct e-mail address as we can not accept responsibility for incorrect information. Pay Pal payments need to be claimed within 60 days.
You do not need to have an existing Pay Pal account, but in order to collect your cash you will be prompted to open a Pay Pal account (which is simple to do). The correct use & set up of your Pay Pal account is entirely your own responsibility.
Currency transactions, where applicable, will be converted using the Bank of England exchange rate at the time of processing. The exchange rate used is non-negotiable. Cash incentives can not be re-issued or revalued.
***Holiday prize draw terms:
