At responsibletravel.com we're always dreaming of our next big adventure, compiling a list of must-see wildlife, or counting down to a much needed chance to kick off our shoes and sink our toes into the sand of a very special far away place... If you're anything like us, you're probably daydreaming right now.
Well to make those dreams a little more real, we've created a space for you to save and share all your travel dreams in one place - it's called the Wishlist.
What is the Wishlist?
A Wishlist on responsibletravel.com is a list of holidays or accommodations that you have seen on the site that make you think "WOW, I'd love to go there". Trips that tickle your itchy feet and places to stay that beg you to lay your head down for that well-earned chill out.
It doesn't have to be a holiday you want to take this year, it could just be a list of places you want to see over the next 10 years, or it might be a list of places you are thinking of going to next month.
You can create as many Wishlists as you like - let your imagination run wild. Why not try creating a Wishlist list for summer sun or winter wonderlands, weekend escapes or trips with friends, hot places, cold places, girls' weekends, adventure holidays, relaxing holidays... the Wishlist is yours to play with.
Want to let someone else in on your favourite places? The Wishlist uses Facebook to make it easier for you to show your friends your latest favourite holidays. You can also add comments, create multiple lists, and invite your mates to comment on your lists.
If you don't have much time to find what you want on the site use your Wishlists as a way to keep a record of what you like to come back to later – you can always remove it from your Wishlist if you change your mind later.
How does it work?
To add a holiday to your Wishlist:
Find the holiday you want to add
Click on the "add to my wishlist" icon near the photo of the holiday
A pop up box will appear where you can either add it to an existing Wishlist you have or create a new one
