On this journey from Damascus to Cairo, travellers are continually reminded of the importance of respect for tradition and the environment. Hotels are always local, transport often public and the unique one-to-one style interactions with the real people of all three countries are endless.
In Aleppo we explore the massive souqs, gaining an invaluable insight into Syrian culture. At Wadi Rum, we stay in a Bedouin camp before joining our local Bedouin guides, with whom we have a long standing relationship, for a camel trek in the desert.

We invite every traveller who books a holiday via us to send in a review. Because we don't run the holidays they're completely independent and unedited... remember to read between the lines though, as two people on the same holiday can have different views!
