Responsible tourism: Finland photography holiday, west coast in spring
This tour is all about nature. You will get to the most beautiful places of the western coast of Finland. You will move as a group by a van driven by your guide. This tour will take you to the bay of Liminka, islands of Ulkokalla and Maakalla and to the Archipelago National Park to see the amazing archipelago nature.
We honor the wilderness nature, follow the rules of the National Parks and not leave any garbage behind us or do not harming the wildlife in any way, when photographing them. On this tour our guests will have a chance to photograph the unique nature and hopefully tell about it in their home countries by their photographs.
The small hotels are recycling everything they can. They get their living from tourists wanting to see the pure wilderness nature and we can be 100% sure they do all they can to protect the nature around their destination. For transportation a van registered for 9 is used. It is economical to have a group of people travelling together.
We are using local guidance services in order to take the group to such special places as the bay of Liminka and the islands of Ulkokalla, Maajalla and Oro as well as the Rahja archipelago. They will tell facts and stories about the unique nature and cultural history. A local birdlife photography expert is taking the group to photograph the ruff lek.
Dinners are provided by local service partners and we either stop for lunch at a restaurant or take away food with us on the tour. We are favoring small, local guesthouses instead of hotels if possible. This tour is 100% locally driven. Our guide is Croatian but even earns his living in Finland and lives in Turku acting as a local guide there.
We move in a small group, which together with pre-booking makes it possible to get services and reasonable for local companies to provide them outside the main season.
