I loved every part of it!! From the breathtakingly beautiful scenery to the feeling that you were living simply among an Italian community who acknowledged your presence but did not change themselves because you were there.

It was an amazing holiday. The location is beautiful set in the Sabine hills, the locals are friendly and welcoming, the yoga was as good as promised and it attracts wonderful people.

Fabulous holiday in paradise... Casperia is the most amazing place, like something from a film set. We did all our yoga outside with the grounds of the former Contessa's home.

The village of Casperia is truly memorable as it's so unique. Everything about the holiday was excellent though - the yoga classes were brilliant and everything was really well organised but in a relaxed and laid back way, the accommodation was lovely and very unusual.

A beautiful location, friendly people and very relaxing. An ideal place to 'get away from it all', however near enough to Rome to combine with a city break. I travelled on my own and there was a mix of couple/solo travellers in a small group.

Italy is hard to beat - best food in the world, best culture, one of the best lifestyles. With this holiday you can immerse yourself in it whilst toning yourself up with yoga, and de-stressing in your very own medieval hill village. Thoroughly recommend it!

Although I have been practising Yoga casually in UK, I can tell the huge difference after 5 days serious practice under your supervision, it has been one of the most amazing things in my life so far... My friend and I booked a fantastic holiday with this operator to Casperia in Italy. Many people we met including ourselves had travelled extensively and agreed that Casperia was a beautiful scenic and unspoiled paradise.

I went on a yoga holiday to Italy, it was really good. The accommodation was basic but the quality of instruction for the yoga was excellent.
