With this tour we aim to give tourists the opportunity to visit and discover virtually all the natural wonders of the country in a community friendly way. We make this possible by providing accommodations in locally owned and operated guest houses and ranches as well as only contracting local services and guides.
Additionally, we support several non-profit organizations that promote the economic prosperity and education of the local communities that we visit, such as the Program for the Tropical Andes, the Orinoco Delta Lodge Foundation, and the Venezuela National Parks Association.
In order to be more eco-friendly we only take small groups in order to minimize the impact on the environment as well as not permitting tourists to take "souvenirs" (feathers, nests, eggs, etc.) from the habitats of the native plant and wildlife. Our tours provide locally owned accommodations in or near to internationally renowned biological stations. In the Andes, tourists can visit the Condor Re-introduction Station to observe the efforts of the Andean community to maintain the population of this endangered species. Moreover, we use environmentally friendly forms of transportation such as jeeps, canoes and bicycles whenever possible. Finally, all of our jeeps use unleaded gasoline and meet Western emission standards.

We invite every traveller who books a holiday via us to send in a review. Because we don't run the holidays they're completely independent and unedited... remember to read between the lines though, as two people on the same holiday can have different views!
