Tailor made holidays
This trip can be tailor made to create a unique holiday for your individual requirements by travel experts with intimate knowledge of the destination. It is a more luxurious trip that will suit those who enjoy immersing themselves in new cultures and environments before relaxing in comfort. As this trip can be tailor made it would be helpful if you could you provide the following information: rough budget per person (stating with or without flights), your address and postcode, contact phone number, preferred date of travel, length of trip, number of passengers, preferred countries and areas within those countries, specific interests & type of accommodation.

How this holiday makes a difference

We were voted most responsible tour operator by UK NGO Tourism concern. On average 75% of the cost of your trip with us – excluding flights – remains in the destination.

Flights are automatically carbon offset through The Travel Forest, which plants 10 indigenous trees on your behalf (currently in Malawi). Whilst the primary motivation for planting the trees is to offset carbon emissions, the project also works as a poverty alleviation and environmental improvement scheme.

The guide, Mahfoud, was brilliant, helpful, knowledgeable, good fun, the food prepared by our chef/muleteers was fantastic and the accommodation was better than expected. Sleeping mats unnecessary, Mountain refuge much bigger than expected, breakfast on rooftop of gite in Aremd with great views!

Hi, our trip to Morocco was probably one of the best trips I have ever done (and I have travelled a fair bit). We spent the first night in a Riad which was sumptuous and almost made us want to forget the planned trek into the High Atlas however off to the mountains we went the next afternoon. This was a truly unforgettable trek. Our guide, Mafhoud, was informative, friendly, helpful and professional and the cook supplied us with wonderful meals which miraculously appeared out of his little tent fresh and hot!

The trek was inspiring up to the Toubkal refuge and then we succeeded in reaching the summit of Toubkal itself. The mountains of the High Atlas are dramatic and beautiful and we really wished we had arranged to trek further - but we will come back. Inshallah! One thing I would say is make sure you have cold weather gear - the temperature at night dropped to -5 and we had high rated sleeping bags so we fine but you could get cold. The weather climbing Toubkal was very cold too as we started up at about 6am. Have lots of layers and a heavy duty fleece.

The second part of our trip was in Marrakech and although we didn't stay in a riad again (we will next time though) our hotel (Tichka) was excellent for lazing around the pool and the quality of food was good too. Weather excellent, at about 28c. Personally I would want to stay walking distance to the city therefore probably within the city walls as we had to journey into Marrakech by taxi. I could not fault our holiday - the place, the trek, the people, the food were all excellent. Having said all that, please don't go as we don't want it to get crowded!
