Two recently restored village cottages in quiet traffic free streets and surrounded by superb mountain scenery:
1. Almond Tree cottage - sleeps up to 4
Ground floor entrance, from a narrow traffic free street, to diner / kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an electric 4 ring hob and oven, fridge freezer, automatic washing machine and granite work tops. The first floor has a double bedroom with built in wardrobes, ensuite shower room looking out onto the narrow street. On the second floor is a twin bedded room with built in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with views over the roof tops to the valley beyond. The third floor has a sun lounge with sun terrace with fantastic views over the village roof tops to the valley and mountains. The lounge is equipped with satellite TV, hi fi and DVD player. . The terrace catches the sun from mid-morning until sunset all year round.
The cottage is centrally heated throughout with electric night storage heating to ensure a cosy ambiance during the winter months and is fully insulated to ensure coolness through the hot summer months of July and August. Hot water is supplied mainly from a newly installed solar system.
2. Casa Dianica - sleeps up to 6
Ground floor entrance from a traffic free street. Ground floor contains, a fully equipped kitchen , dining room and lounge with open log burning fire: The first floor has one double bed room with large wet room and a twin bed room with an ensuite shower room. The 2nd floor has a large double bed room with ensuite wet room and south facing exterior terrace with superb views
Both cottages are traditionally and comfortably furnished throughout and painted in traditional colours of the region with locally produced fabrics providing comfortable accommodation in the heart of the Valencian countryside. The cottages are available for either self catering or fully serviced with diner bed and breakfast. Guests have free access to our comprehensive walking route information covering the surrounding mountains. This currently consists of 116 different routes covering approximately 1600 kilometres of footpaths.
