Whale and Dolphin watching trip in Spain

Oceans specialist

This tour operator is the first of its kind, focusing on the natural beauty of the oceans of our planet instead of the great continents and land-masses. Trips range from expedition cruising, whale and dolphin-watching to sea-kayaking and island hopping. We choose our vessels and guides carefully, and work in conjunction with the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society, which ensures the highest standards of responsible operation on our trips.

How this holiday makes a difference

Community
We focus on sustainable tourism practices on all of our adventures. Purchasing our food locally, employing locals, using local guides, suppliers and outfitters in our areas of operation. On this trip you will have the opportunity to collect information, including photo ID and acoustic data, on two of your whale-watching excursions. This makes a valuable contribution to cetacean research and means you will be playing a valuable part in helping with this.

Your accommodation is family-run and has been owned by the same family for 20 years. It’s typically Andalucían in style and serves locally produced food for breakfast. The guide used on this trip is also local to the area, meaning valuable employment is provided. By participating in this trip you’ll be making a valuable financial contribution to the vital conservation work of WDCS, the Whale and Dolphin Conservation Society.

Environment
We have been committed from the outset to providing the best possible experience for our passengers whilst ensuring the long term sustainability of the local marine environment. By minimising our impact on the wildlife around us, we hope that it will continue to thrive and be enjoyed by all for years to come.

Over the years we have provided a platform for a variety of organisations and we support many national conservation bodies through collecting photo-ID data of sea mammals in various locations, conducting bird surveys and undertaking environmental impact assessments. We are also institutional members of the Ecotourism Society - an international body that promotes environmentally responsible eco-tourism worldwide.

Holiday Reviews

We invite every traveller who books a holiday via us to send in a review. Because we don't run the holidays they're completely independent and unedited... remember to read between the lines though, as two people on the same holiday can have different views!
