We have covered all the highlights, but it is how we go about it that makes this trip special. We use local transport in Sydney, eat in locally owned, run and flavoured establishments. Rather than travelling as a coach load of tourists, we get out of bikes, or get up on our feet, and explore the rainforest, the beach, lakes and sand dunes. There is no better way to preserve the scenery than canoe gently through the waterways.
We stay in locally owned accommodation, and take the time to experience a range of genuine Aussie lifestyles. There is plenty of time on this trip to enjoy the scenery with canoeing, surfing lessons, dolphin kayaking, and there is also time to enjoy the culture with local pub nights, yabby racing and much more.
