We operate in a way that increases the positive impacts and decreases the negative ones on the local community and the environment. We support the local community economically by bringing our groups to rural areas of Poland. These areas of South-East Poland are some of the poorest.
The house is placed near Bieszczady National Park and run by Kasia and Andrzej. A few years ago fire took their first house. They decided not to give up. They built second house with friends’ help.
Guests are encouraged to behave in an environmentally responsible manner. We encouraging our customers to purchase locally manufactured products (eg organic food products, sculptures, bas-reliefs, icons, paintings or musical instruments) rather than imported alternatives, and buy gifts and crafts from local shops and markets.
The guests have the opportunity to meet the park ranger who takes care of the area. Our guide informs travellers about the impact of poaching of wildlife and flora within the park, and how the park rangers attempt to minimise this.
We invite every traveller who books a holiday via us to send in a review. Because we don't run the holidays they're completely independent and unedited... remember to read between the lines though, as two people on the same holiday can have different views!
