We ensure that our operations in the Langtang Region does not disrupt or lead to the displacement of any local people, we ensure that our style and scale of tourism is appropriate to local conditions and operate within the limits. We sub-contracts all support activities like transportation and lodging on a rotational basis so that the money gets spread evenly within the community. All local vehicles used for transportation are serviced frequently in addition we fully comply with Government road worthy standards.
All our staff are from local communities. Our guides are English speaking with years of experience and knowledge when it comes to mountains, local people and customs within the Langtang Valley Trek. Each guide comes fully equipped and supported by us, having obtained training in the related tourism sectors including Ministry of Tourism in Nepal, High Altitude First Aid and Environmental issues for Nepal.
