Environment
Our staff are trained and have scientific background related with ecology and conservation. You will learn how gardens form important corridors linking urban, suburban and rural landscapes, allowing wildlife to move from one environment to another. You will learn how gardens can help to fill in the gaps by providing environments that are otherwise missing locally. Encouraging people to develop a garden nature reserve means to encourage the conservation of wildlife.
Our programmes is based on organic farming principles, therefore minimizing to zero the use of any chemical or other harmful substance.
Community
We provide our clients with advice on responsible travel behaviour and encourage them to share their cultures with the peoples they meet as a way of improving understanding of our two very different lifestyles.
You will stay in local B&B and have the opportunity to stay with Italian families testing Italian cuisine and local products. We work with small groups only, minimizing the impact of tourism on a small pristine Italian community.
Local guided visits to historical and archeological sites are booked with a local operator. We promote local product, by showing the beauty of the village and the local resources. We do organize workshops on how to make pasta, baskets, and so on.
The area chosen in Italy is far from mass tourism. Throughout the trip we encourage the development of similar responsible tourism programmes in a pristine Italian village. We show to local people that natural resources are important and can provide an income if they are used as responsible tourism tools.

We invite every traveller who books a holiday via us to send in a review. Because we don't run the holidays they're completely independent and unedited... remember to read between the lines though, as two people on the same holiday can have different views!
